Union Futures: Wordy Special Edition with Novelist Nida Sajid

  • The Post Bar 316 High Road London, England, N15 4BP United Kingdom (map)

Join The London School of Solarpunk for an evening celebrating the publication of COOP: A Novelette by Nida Sajid.

We are thrilled to announce that novelist Nida Sajid will be in conversation with The Post Bar creative director Oli Conner.

Nida will read from her new novelette, COOP, and discuss how literature is uniquely positioned to explore the worlds of work.

This will be followed by the Union Futures regular open mic—Corporate Confessions—where YOU take the stage and tell us about your weird, funny and downright shocking experiences in the workplace.

There will be affordable food provided by the London School of Solarpunk and optional activities, plus music afterwards.

See you there!

*This is a free event and no ticket is required.

Nida Sajid is a postdisciplinary educator, organiser and writer. She holds an MA in Cultural Studies from Birkbeck, University of London, specialising in experimental literature. Her debut work of short fiction, COOP: A Novelette, was published by Hajar Press in December 2025.
